The Microelectronics Agenda was presented at the public presentation session of the Blockchain Agenda. The event, which debated the possible uses of Blockchain/DLT technology in various sectors, including semiconductors, health, traceability, the green economy, the digital transition, the public sector and other regulated sectors, concluded the importance of this technology for enabling information inherent in the value chain of key sectors of the national economy.
Antonio Barny, representing the Microelectronics Agenda, reinforced the importance of creating added value beyond what is foreseen and launched the following reflection to the partners of the Mobilizing Agendas present: how can Blockchain collaborate in creating security in the value chain, in preventing counterfeiting and in IP security in the microelectronics and semiconductor sector.
