Inova-Ria was present at the “Jornadas de Engenharia Eletrónica 2025” job fair, held at the Guimarães Campus, an initiative that seeks to connect future engineers with opportunities in the sector. The participation is part of the various actions they are promoting as part of the Microelectronics Agenda, with the aim of inspiring and integrating new talent into our technological ecosystem.
The following actions were carried out during the event:
- Interactive stand – They welcomed around 50 future electronic engineers interested in the professional proposals inherent in the Ecosystem;
- Pitch – They presented the Microelectronics Agenda to the students and the various opportunities for professional integration, highlighting the advantages of joining the Ecosystem;
- Workshop on AI and Computer Vision – In partnership with Neadvance, 40 students took part in a workshop led by Nuno Fernandes;
- Business visit to HFA – The students had the opportunity to explore the technologies and production processes of microelectronics, circularity and reconditioning of electronic components, providing a practical insight into what happens in the sector.
With these dynamics, they reaffirmed their commitment to valuing national talent and offering future microelectronics professionals the best opportunities to be part of this technological Ecosystem, which has made a name for itself in Portugal.
