The National Strategy for Semiconductors, which aims to boost the microelectronics and semiconductor industry in Portugal by formulating guidelines and creating mechanisms to strengthen entrepreneurial capacity and research and development at national level, as well as promoting synergies with international partners and participating in programs dedicated to the sector at European level, was published today in the Diário da República, through Council of Ministers Resolution no. 12/2024.
