A HFA – Henrique, Fernando & Alves, S.A, is a company specialising in the assembly and testing of electronic and telecommunications equipment on a subcontracted basis. The company operates essentially in 4 different market segments: Telecommunications, Transport Industry, General Electronics and Repairs.
The products are assembled and tested according to customer requirements, and the production process is easily adaptable to each customer’s needs, allowing for a fully customised product.
Its participation in AM will enable the development of new industrial processes in the sector of optical components and equipment for high-speed networks and the design of an intelligent equipment repair system, with HFA being the sub-leader of 2 projects.
– Assembly of PON products. The PPS will be developed within the scope of WP 3 and will be commercialised by HFA, targeting the telecommunications market and the electronics market in general (IoT, smart objects, among others).
– PPS consists of the production of products that help the connectivity of telecoms networks, but also connectivity in the home (smart home).
– Assembly of 5G products. The PPS will be developed within the scope of WP3 and will be commercialised by HFA, targeting the telecommunications market. The PPS consists of the production of equipment for the telecoms sector, for private industrial networks, as well as Smart Mesh WiFi equipment.
