Inova-Ria participated in FENGE 2025 and the UC&AAC 2025 Job Fair in Coimbra, part of a cycle of 10 participations, aiming to promote the Microelectronics Agenda, present ongoing projects, and raise student awareness about the microelectronics sector and emerging technologies.
During the events, the Inova-Ria team welcomed over 30 students at the FENGE stand and more than 40 at the UC&AAC Job Fair, engaging directly with future professionals, answering questions about careers in the sector, and highlighting opportunities for research, innovation, and technological development in Portugal.
This initiative is part of Inova-Ria’s strategy to bridge academia and industry, strengthening knowledge transfer and encouraging young talents to join the national technology ecosystem.
