On 27 January 2026, the webinar “India’s Emerging Semiconductor Landscape: Opportunities and Pathways for European Companies” will take place. This initiative is dedicated to analysing India’s emerging semiconductor ecosystem and the opportunities this market offers to European companies.
The webinar is organised by the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) through the Sector Group Electronics and facilitated by EEN India – GBI, bringing together representatives from Indian ministries, government agencies and sector organisations. The session will be held online from 09:00 to 11:00 (UTC).
During the event, a structured overview of India’s strategic ambitions in semiconductor design, manufacturing and advanced packaging will be presented, framed by national programmes and a rapidly expanding industrial ecosystem. Key public policies, current investment dynamics and practical guidance for European companies interested in partnerships, technological collaboration or market entry in India will also be addressed.
This initiative is aimed at SMEs, fabless semiconductor companies, integrated circuit design companies, startups and spin-offs (fabless or IP-centric), as well as organisations active in microelectronics, sensors, RF, neuromorphic computing and embedded computing, seeking to explore business opportunities and international cooperation, while benefiting from the support of the Enterprise Europe Network in internationalisation and partner search activities.
