Europe’s largest electronics recycling conference is accepting speaker applications until December 15, 2023. Applications should be made via this link, where you can also find the necessary information: https://bit.ly/46A32jL

They are looking for speakers with in-depth technical and practical knowledge of all aspects of E-Waste, Battery Recycling and Metal Recycling.

PRESENTATION FORMATS

Individual presentations – 20 minuts- individual papers are 20-minute presentations explaining innovations, research and recent results. Each of these individual presentations will be followed by a 5-minute Q&A session and grouped by topic.

Panel discussion – 40-minuts- Panel discussions provide an analysis of general industry trends from a variety of perspectives. These debates will begin with the moderator providing an overview of the topic, then each panel member will give a brief presentation of themselves and their area of expertise. The moderator will then move on to an open debate with prepared questions and open questions from the participants. If you propose a panel discussion, prepare to be the moderator and invite speakers from across the sector. The proposal should include a list of potential speakers or speaker companies.

E-Waste World, which hosted more than 100 speakers in 2023, has a new edition scheduled for 2024, between June 26 and 27. It brings together world leaders in processing, manufacturers of recycling and recovery technology, trade associations, research institutions, electronics producers and various industry players. This track will highlight approaches to turning WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) into a valuable resource.

Highlight strategies for the electronics industry to prioritize recycling and refurbishment in design, along with the integration of sustainable materials into new products. This will help increase reuse, repair, better disposal and keep end-of-life electronics within the circular economy.
