The Microelectronics Agenda, funded by the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR), is featured in a video recently released by the PRR, showcasing the work carried out under the project and its contribution to technological advancement in Portugal.
With the aim of strengthening national capabilities in microelectronics, photonics and semiconductors, the Agenda brings together national partners to develop new technologies, products, processes and services, with applications across strategic sectors.
Among the projects developed within the Agenda is the work carried out by PICadvanced, focused on the development of advanced photonic technology for applications in telecommunications networks.
The video released by the PRR highlights this work and showcases the contribution of the supported projects to the development of innovative technological solutions, strengthening knowledge, industrial capabilities and competitiveness in the sector.
